Hi, and welcome to my site.
I am a creative director with over 20 years experience in the advertising industry. Through the years I have worked closely with clients as well as agency teams, and played an integral role in the entire creative process – whether on my own or in a creative direction capacity. I excel at driving creative teams to develop solutions which align with strategic objectives, in terms of brand, budget and timing.
I am highly proficient in most design disciplines, in different media, from concept through to production, and have a portfolio covering local and international brands. Managing creative teams in the hands on manner in which I work, delivers great results for my clients. I enjoy leading and motivating a creative team, whilst remaining an integral part of generating the physical creative work.
This can only really work in an organised framework. Implementing systems and process flows into the studios I have been contracted to, results in a win-win situation for all concerned. The work is of a higher quality, the projects are delivered on time, designers are happier, and runaway studio hours become a thing of the past.

Process, Solutions & Success
At our initial meeting, we can structure a solution which best suits your needs.
I am available to work on or off-site and will propose a plan to meet the project requirements, time frames and budget. I generally work on a project by project basis, quoted in writing, or on a competitive hourly rate. These rates are variable based on contracted time or a particular project’s specs. These are broken down on my rate card.
My objective is simply to get your problem solved, and deliver more than you expect from a freelance designer.

Service
Many companies need an experienced resource to lead their creative team and find ways to optimise their processes and systems. I am available for contract work where a set number of hours per week can be negotiated at a discounted hourly rate.
In addition to being part of the creative process I have great experience in implementing systems and processes in the studio environment. Getting these right offers optimal efficiency in high stress campaign or project situations. This applies to advertising agencies and in-house corporate studios.
